Base and Anchorage to the Earth
This workshop will allow you to experience, to feel, to experience what is a Base, a Base, a Seat. Realize that in order to be solid, to have a good anchorage and to succeed in coping with all the storms that life offers us, the ability to land, stop and live the moment is essential.
The observation of the breath through the posture, the techniques of breathing and meditation, the work of the earth or clay, will allow us to apprehend the instant, where space and time dissolve.

Accommodation is in 2 very comfortable Gîtes de France, 3 ears of corn, Eco-labeled and 3 Handicap Tourism deficiencies, right in the center of the village.
The bedding is of very high quality: Bultex box spring and Bultex nano memory foam mattress.

Speakers
Benedicte Navecth
I mainly work with black earthenware, and enamels of fairly bright colors. The pieces are baked a first time at 980 °, then enameled and baked at 1020 °, which allows the passage to the microwave and the dishwasher.
I like to vary the techniques, to learn, but also to advance by instinct for spontaneous creations.
I organize internships regularly in my Sauvagnac workshop in Charente.
Isabelle Denelle
I came to yoga through the door of yogotherapy after a serious accident. It was then that I made the decision to take the yoga teacher and yoga therapist training afterwards. As for meditation, I have been practicing it for twenty years now. I started with Vipassana in a Buddhist monastery then I continued in the line of Vajrayana while continuing my yogic practice.
