Breathing, Pranayama

The state of Yoga is revealed when body, speech and mind are united. Without breath, there is no life, and without proper breathing, health fails.

Correct breathing leads to 70 to 80% of health. There is little left for the rest. In other words, you breathe correctly and your health problems are largely resolved. Most of the time we are in apnea. Realizing this and realizing it is a major step. From this moment, we are no longer fooled and in-depth work can be initiated.

Breathing is essential. We will see the correct Abdominal Breathing technique.

We will work on the different qualities of the breath starting from the coarsest to the most subtle.

Pranayama is breath control techniques. We will also discuss this aspect knowing that we can only truly speak of Pranayama when we have an inspiration and an expiration of 12s minimum without counting the apneas.

Through simple and adapted exercises we will initiate ourselves to these thousand-year-old techniques. We will travel in different sensations and experiences.

You will never see the Respiration with the same eyes again.

During the course, bring your usual practice mat, your cushion and/or meditation bench, a small cushion or wedge to put under your head if necessary, a blanket for meditation or relaxation times.

Lunch is traditionally convivial and shared between us, bring a bottle of water for you and/or any other drink of your choice.
