For a long weekend, treat yourself to " pure relaxation and delicacies ".
A 2 to 3 day and 3 or 4 night residential course in 2 comfortable comfortable lodgings with wood stove, sauna and jacuzzi, in a small peaceful village, in the heart of the Charente countryside.
You will combine yogic practices and culinary arts by preparing and tasting your menu of end-of-year celebrations in small groups.

Leave behind anxiety, stress and daily troubles.
You will approach yoga by working on each exercise and posture individually. You will learn to adapt your practice to your constitution in order to rebalance and strengthen it without hurting yourself, respecting and protecting your joints.
The breath and the breathing will be worked in depth: 70% of our state of health is ensured by correct breathing!
The cooking classes are educational, practical and above all lively.
Chef Yves Gomez will accompany you during your practical and taste trip through gourmet and varied recipes. You will gain mastery of the different culinary techniques, cooking of dishes, and how to choose your ingredients.

The products used are fresh, local and seasonal, mostly organic, from market gardeners and local producers. The recipes worked will therefore be in season.

Accommodation is in 2 very comfortable Gîtes de France, 3 ears of corn, Eco-labeled and 3 Handicap Tourism deficiencies, right in the center of the village.
The bedding is of very high quality: Bultex box spring and Bultex nano memory foam mattress. Synthetic and anti-allergic duvets and pillows.

Speakers

Isabelle Denelle
Yoga teacher and yogatherapist, Isabelle was trained in line with Sri T. Krishnamacharya by Bernard Bouanchaud and Dr. Natesan Chandrasekaran. She teaches Viniyoga and Meditation. She is also an astrologer and astrotherapist.
Isabelle came to yoga through the door of yogotherapy after a serious accident. It was then that she made the decision to take the yoga teacher and yogotherapist training. As for meditation, it has been practicing it for twenty years now.

Chef Yves Gomez
Recently established in the Charente region, Yves offers you his vegetarian and world cuisine.
He trained in three stars in Toulouse but also in traditional cuisine and in brasserie.
He has worked with Isabelle Denelle since his installation. Both have the same culinary philosophy.
